It has been a while since I got back from my summer holiday and I didin't think I would post this because the warm weather is long gone. But watching my vlog made me remember some things I already forgot happened so I decided to still post my vlog and some pictures of several outfits I wore in Spain this year. It's always fun to look back on the memories I captured and the outfits I wore. So here are some outfits along with a sunfilled vlog! I hope you enjoy!

This year I graduated as an interior architect. Never thought I would do it but I made it in the end. I found work straight away which means my daily job is to think about designs and architecture in every way possible. A few weeks ago, Ikea dropped their new catalogue for 2018 and boy, oh boy, was that a party on its own! We counted down from 10 to 0 as if it was New Year's Eve and everyone got their new catalogue. What you can expect from Ikea this year are some new designer collabs, minimalism, lots of muted colours and pastels but also colourblocking, multifunctionality and the living space is the centre of it all! Let's have a look at some of my favourites for this upcoming year at Ikea!

As I need to catch up on a few blog posts, it also brings back some nice memories of fun events I went to. This Dove event by Listenup PR was my first personal invite for an event. I haven't been to that many events and when I do go, I always went along with someone as their +1. But I guess brands started to pick up on me and my blog and so I went to my very first event on behalf of my own name. I didn't wanted to go alone so I asked a few blogger friends to go along but they all werent' available at the time. I remembered Lynn from L'Amour Innocent who I met at the pressdays so I asked her and she could go. From that moment on, we are such good friends and almost a duo for every upcoming event.

Along with some new scents, Dove also changed up their formula. As 75% of all women shaves two times a week, it's normal that the skin from our armpits gets irritated and fragile. By adding 1/4 of moisturising cream to the formula, it not only hydrates the skin better but it also protects your skin. It has become a type of skincare for your armpits.

The original scent of a Dove product is familiar to everyone. This one will always be a staple in my deodorant collection because by now I do have a lot of options to choose from. So the scent is still the same as before but the formula has changed by adding the moisturising cream. I do really feel the change in protection because normally I would have to reapply my deodorant after a few hours. It also feels very soft and not sticky at all.

When I received an email from Angéline with a short description about Innerglow and a question if I wanted to be an Innerglow ambassador, I didn't hesitate to say yes! An easy way of getting the right nutrition for your body in a single cup, that's all I need to start my day off right! I visited Angéline along with some other bloggers to find out more about this yummy brand.

Innerglow is designed by Angéline who is a busy mom of two. While always being in a hurry and never finding the time to have breakfast or lunch in a healthy way, Angéline decided to change this lifestyle to an easier and healthier one. She travelled all the way to New York to do research on smoothies after she experienced with this herself. She started preparing fruits and veggies the night before and freezing them for the following morning. That way she only needed to blend one cup of goodies and she was good to go. As she told this to friends and family, Angéline decided to do something big with this genius idea of hers and Innerglow was born. Along with nutritionist Caroline Van Doninck and Manual Wouters she developed 10 flavours, each tested and approved by yours truly! I have to admit that my favourite ones are Maca Loco, Pink Flamingo, Berrylicious and Strawesome (can you tell I like sweet things?).

The smoothies are divided into four different categories such as: All around, Detox, Kids and Sport. In this way every person will find their favourite blend to suit their personal lifestyle. To prepare one of these smoothies, you firstly need to defrost them. You can do this the night before if you want your smoothie in the morning by leaving the smoothie in the fridge instead of the freezer. Or if you want it that same day, you can also leave your smoothie on your counter for three hours. When you are going to blend your smoothie, you just need to add some milk such as coconut milk or almond milk (every cup suggests which kind is better for that smoothie), you blend 30 seconds and you are good to go! Her story is really inspiring and every detail of it is spot on! You can always find more information about delivery, ingredients, subscription and prices on their website! Each and every recipe also explains which ingredient it concludes and what benefits it has, so perfect if you are looking for a smoothie that gives you more energy for the mornings!
As off this week, Innerglow came out with a limited edition summer smoothie! The Blue Unicorn is a blue (!) smoothie with ingredients such as Guarana for a caffeine kick, cashews for a more saturated feeling and oatmeal to keep your sugar levels stable. The packaging by itself looks stunning as hell! Get your hands on it now while you still can because it honestly is my new favourite flavour out of all of them!
